The NFL has introduced an online tool for workers that allows them to save money by taking a test before they leave their jobs.
Employees can test their skills to determine whether they qualify for a pay raise or if they should be eligible for a bonus.
The test is available at the NFL Retirement Network.
It’s available through the NFL.com/testing portal and can be accessed at no cost to employees.
The NFL said the test helps employees assess their ability to meet their goals.
“This test allows employees to get an idea of their current performance and compare their score to the benchmark,” the NFL said in a statement.
“It also helps employees better assess the risk of a possible pay cut.”
Employees who complete the test before leaving their jobs and take the test once a week are eligible for one bonus for the next six months.
The pay increases will be determined based on the number of tests completed.
The NFL says the test will allow employees to take action to improve their performance.
“The NFL is committed to helping our employees meet their financial goals, so the tests we have are designed to help our employees learn from their mistakes and improve their chances of success,” the league said.
The tests also are available at NFL Retirement, the league’s online retirement system, and at the league office.
